Julie Johns – Her 93-year-old mother, Mary Johns, was illegally conserved. Mary’s estate went from $15 million to $5 million. A conservator spent $1.6 million in 17 months with no accounting. A state-appointed attorney sexually harassed Mary. The family-owned tire business, built over 50 years, was stolen after her husband died. Locks were changed during lunch. Heirlooms were seized. Her inheritance – her grandchildren’s college tuition – was wiped out.

Paul LaFollette – His mother was starved and dehydrated in a fraudulent conservatorship approved by a judge. She died. Paul is being criminally prosecuted for giving her water, based on a fraudulent restraining order.

Mychely Kukyendal – She fought probate court for over four years and sent more than 500 letters to the White House. A judge personally called an attorney to “help for free” – yet it cost the family $700,000 and a reverse mortgage on their paid-off home.

Felicia McDonald – Judge George allowed family members to control an estate after they had already been banned in Alameda County from overseeing any estate. I was removed as executor based on a lie, with no proof. I was put out of a house I already owned. There was no due process. I never received an accounting. The judge never allowed me to speak. Our family property, which has both a will and a trust, is in Alameda County.

Ercell – My 82-year-old mother, the proclaimed Miskitu Matriarch, is isolated in Mexico. A family member tried to seize her deceased son’s body using a forged marriage certificate at the mortuary. When I objected, that family member filed a restraining order based on lies. My witnesses were blocked – a clear due process violation. $730,000 is missing from my mother’s accounts. Her son’s ashes were left in a closet in an empty apartment. My U.S. citizenship is now frozen.
