Season 3

The Psychopath Test for Power |
Season 3, Episode 2

We aren’t being governed. We’re being auditioned for a role in a psychopath’s origin story.

In this episode, I’m breaking the biggest open secret of our time: the system isn’t broken—it was built this way. We’ve spent centuries engineering the perfect vehicle of society,
only to hand the keys to the best liar in the room. Why? Because we’re testing for the wrong things.

We test pilots. We test surgeons. But for the job where you can start a war or bankrupt a nation on a whim? The only test is a fundraising leaderboard and a polished smirk.

This isn’t a left or right issue. This is an up vs. down reality. It’s the rule of Elite Impunity—where a desperate letter can get you prison time, but launching a war on false pretenses gets you a book deal and immunity.

I’m sharing my own brutal brush with this rigged machine—a system so corrupt it tried to silence me with a restraining order when I spoke out—and why stories like mine aren’t exceptions. They’re the design.

But this isn’t just a rant. This is a blueprint.

I’m proposing the one filter we’ve never dared to install: The Leader’s License.
A three-part, non-negotiable audit for anyone seeking power:

  1. The Psych Check: A public safety scan for the absence of empathy and the presence of pathological ego.
  2. The Crisis Simulation: Are they a gardener or an arsonist when pressure hits?
  3. The Sacred Wall: Their private life stays private, but their ability to keep their demons out of our laws becomes public record.

This isn’t about revolution. It’s about evolution in accountability. It’s about finally letting the adults take over the leadership and nurture of the world.

Watch the video or read in depth.

This conversation is bigger than parties, pigments, or passports. It’s the final exam: Sane or Insane?

Comment on the blog or at ckiaranational.com—what’s the first question you’d put on the Leader’s License test? What other ideas or solutions do you have for a better world?

This is everyone’s world. Not just those we’ve consumed, voted for, and used their services until they became powerful and rich.

Sure, some have made our lives easier with their inventions—and we’ve shown our gratitude by making them rich.

That’s the give and take. But that gratitude is not a license for them to berate or dismiss the very reason for their status: us—the people of the earth.

FREEDOM OF SPEECH
IS NOT A SAFETY NET.

IT’S A CHARGE.

It is the biological right
to question,
to dissent,
to voice the raw, uncomfortable truth.

No person, state, or system can grant
what is a natural endowment of existence.

The seed of voice comes planted.
